🚚 Processing Time: Orders are processed within 2 business days after payment confirmation.
🚚 Delivery Time:

  • Local (Within Malaysia): Estimated 2 – 4 business days.
  • International: Estimated 7 – 14 business days, depending on the destination.
    🚚 Delays: Delivery times may vary due to holidays, courier delays, customs clearance, or unforeseen circumstances.

3. Shipping Fees

πŸ’° Free shipping may be available for orders above RM300 amount (if applicable).

4. Order Tracking

5. Failed Delivery & Redelivery

🚫 If a delivery attempt fails due to an incorrect address or unavailability, the courier may schedule another attempt. Additional charges may apply for redelivery.

6. Damaged or Lost Packages

⚠️ We ensure proper packaging, but if your package arrives damaged, please report it within 7 days with photos as proof.
⚠️ If your package is lost in transit, contact us and we will work with the courier to resolve the issue.

7. International Shipping

🌍 We are not liable for delays due to customs clearance.
