- Local (Within Malaysia): Estimated 2 – 4 business days.
- International: Estimated 7 – 14 business days, depending on the destination.
🚚 Delays: Delivery times may vary due to holidays, courier delays, customs clearance, or unforeseen circumstances.
3. Shipping Fees
💰 Shipping fees depend on the weight, destination, and courier service. The total shipping cost will be displayed at checkout.
💰 Free shipping may be available for orders above RM300 amount (if applicable).
4. Order Tracking
📦 Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS.
📦 You can track your package through our courier partner’s website.
5. Failed Delivery & Redelivery
🚫 If a delivery attempt fails due to an incorrect address or unavailability, the courier may schedule another attempt. Additional charges may apply for redelivery.
🚫 If the package is returned to us, we will contact you for reshipment arrangements (extra shipping fees may apply).
6. Damaged or Lost Packages
